Welcome! I’m Anjali, a licensed associate therapist, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process feel approachable, inviting, and grounded in compassion.
I believe in the transformative power of art as a means of self-expression, healing, and personal growth. In my practice, I incorporate art therapy—blending the creative process with traditional talk therapy—to help clients explore emotions, gain insight, and build resilience. I also frequently integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, which focus on developing skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. If grounding techniques and mindful breathing resonate with you, I can guide you through these practices in a way that feels tailored and meaningful.
I strive to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can feel truly at ease. Many clients have shared that they felt comfortable and supported in our sessions—a space where they could be themselves. I encourage you to settle in and make our shared space your own during our time together.
Art therapy invites you to explore your inner world through creativity. You might use watercolors and color theory to gain insight into anxiety, mold Play-Doh to express and process anger, or engage in crafts that help build self-esteem and confidence. In art therapy, everyone is an artist—no experience required.I look forward to connecting with you and discovering how art can be a powerful part of your healing journey.
