Deanna Koffler

Chief Financial Officer

My responsibilities as ECC’s Chief Financial Officer stem from being a 20-year veteran ofpersonal and small business financial management. As an aerospace engineer by trade, I enjoyed a successful career with Boeing from 1995 – 2013 while bookkeeping and budgeting on the side to support my husband’s real estate business. Certified by Ramsey Solutions as a financial coach in 2008, I went on to develop the BudgetBuilder curriculum with my husband, hosting and leading workshops for individuals, churches, and small businesses. Always the details and numbers person, I started my own business in 2014 to provide a range of business financial services to clients, helping small business (and primarily women!) owners move from survival to success to significance in their finances.

Combining my proficiency in financial project management with my expertise in creating, managing, and analyzing business budgets ensures that our senior leadership team has thetimely financial information and projections to support company goals and objectives. Mynatural bent towards systems and processes helps keep ECC organized and on-track financially, providing complicated financial details in everyday language to help with decision making and improving business efficiency.

When I’m not crunching numbers or analyzing budgets, my focus is on my faith and my family –watching my kids’ sporting events, walking the dog, hiking or backpacking with my husband, hosting community groups in our home, and helping build our local church.
