Deanna Knowles

Chief Executive Officer

Co-Owner

As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of Eastside Counseling Center, my approach blends strategic vision with actionable solutions. From managing multiple businesses to realizing their full potential, my journey has been defined by results-driven leadership. This experience has endowed me with a keen understanding of operational systems and the know-how to optimize them. I firmly believe that "Excellence isn't just a skill, it's an attitude," guiding each step of our journey.

While I bring a strong capability in understanding, implementing, and refining complex systems, it's the combined effort of our team at Eastside Counseling Center that truly makes the difference. Together, we transform strategies into actionable results, always upholding the highest ethical standards. This blend of individual expertise and collective dedication has fostered a rich culture of collaboration, propelling Eastside to consistently meet and often surpass our objectives.

Central to my approach is the belief that our clinicians are the heart of our center. Guided by principles of integrity and transparency, I consistently advocate for their needs, ensuring they have the resources necessary to excel. Their success, rooted in these values, directly leads to enhanced patient care and propels our organization forward.

My responsibilities, while rooted in daily operations, also span the broader arc of Eastside's trajectory. In collaboration with senior leadership, I have played a key role in sculpting and executing long-term strategies. Yet, it is not just about maintaining our position; I envision Eastside Counseling Center as a beacon in the realm of mental health care, setting benchmarks not only in unparalleled care but also in innovative approaches to counseling and therapy.

Guided by this vision, I remain committed to driving our practice forward, anchoring every decision in our mission to enhance lives and transform communities through exemplary counseling services.
