Philosophy of Care

Taking the initiative to seek support in navigating life’s challenges is a profound act of bravery. I firmly believe that clients come to therapy already equipped with the inner resources they need to thrive. My role is to help guide you on your journey to uncover and harness these strengths, bringing them to the forefront of your life. Recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all method for therapy, I approach each client with a collaborative mindset, tailoring our work together to fit your unique needs. I am dedicated to taking the time to thoroughly understand the challenges you face and to work together to develop pathways to lasting change.

Utilizing a systemic lens that recognizes the diverse influences acting upon each of us, I draw primarily from narrative, person-centered, and Bowenian theories. I provide sex-positive, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and multicultural care, ensuring that all aspects of your identity are honored and integrated into our work. I look forward to the opportunity to

support you in your therapeutic endeavors, as you work toward a life enriched with joy, balance, and authenticity.
